👈🏻呢個主打之一既茶作火鍋拼盤 (鐵觀音蝦丸拼豬肉丸、鐵觀音錦鏽福袋)都真係幾有驚喜,上層係錦鏽福袋,入面有芋頭粒,食落夠曬飽肚😍下層分別有蟹籽蝦丸同埋豬肉丸,前者茶味都幾香濃,後者相對地淡少少,但係都絕對滿足到我既茶癮🤓

👈🏻平時大愛貝類海產既我,見到呢碟上到檯仲好生猛係咁開合郁既紐西蘭月亮貝,對眼即刻發光🤣呢個即係平時既蛤蜊,洗得都幾乾淨,食落新鮮爽口無沙😚

👈🏻大大個日本直送野菜籃,入面有南瓜、金菇、生菜、娃娃菜等,蔬菜類一向索湯汁一流,所以全部蔬菜都帶有甘甘地既茶味,呢個配搭好少機會有得試😈

👈🏻一大餅扁身既稻庭烏冬,今次係索湯汁方面作用反而無咁大,烏冬唔會太濃茶味🤭可能因為茶係比較流質,而烏冬又比較滑身,夾埋一齊就無咩掛湯既成份啦


👈🏻強烈推介茶作雪糕三品(海南野生青金桔· 蜂蜜茉莉花龍珠‧大紅袍)🍨雪糕溶得比較快,尤其係擺係個有餘溫既爐隔離,所以進食既速度要快,幾秒鐘食三球無難度😎金桔感覺比較酸,但個人都鍾意酸野,有助減少火鍋飽濟感👽蜂蜜就甜甜地,帶有好突出既茉莉味,仲有香濃甘醇既大紅袍味,個人特別鍾意後兩品,配埋脆身既原味蛋卷同埋微苦既朱古力一流🙆🏻‍♀️
