To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. A姐想睇嘅嗰套戲,原來就快落畫,應承咗同佢睇但又唔記得添,好彩仲有數碼港戲院呢個選擇!講真如果我哋唔係因為睇戲,都唔會特登走入嚟數碼港呢!嚟到夜晚嘅數碼港,餐廳選擇唔多,好彩仲有金記冰室,更真心覺得呢間金記嘅出品比其他金記更好味。炸雞髀配沙律雞脾大大隻,雞皮炸到乾身,所以食嘅時候,無咁大罪惡感。雞皮鹹香味十足,雞肉嫩滑;沙律入邊有薯仔、粟米、蘋果同桃等,沙律汁撈得均勻。夏天食沙律真係夠晒爽快。鹹魚雞粒炒飯A姐是日金句:「炒得好味嘅鹹魚雞粒炒飯真係好好味!」炒飯即叫即炒,炒得乾身,米飯粒粒分明,夠晒鑊氣。鹹魚雞粒炒飯嘅重點當然係鹹魚啦,鹹魚切得細粒,融入炒飯當中,所以每一啖飯都充滿住鹹魚嘅鹹香味,好惹味。XO醬蝦球炒西蘭花蝦球有成6大隻,新鮮彈牙;而西蘭花爽口,索晒XO醬嘅香辣味。魚香茄子斑塊煲撈飯之皇當然係魚香茄子啦!呢個煲份量超多,撈飯嘅重點當然係肉碎,肉碎勁多,撈飯食真係可以食兩個「靚仔」呀!斑塊份量同樣唔少,炸咗嘅班塊,外皮脆卜卜,魚肉嫩滑;至於茄子入晒味,好滿足。
