To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

陽光此餐廳地點在士瓜灣,為食🐽經常都去,主打晚上食海鮮,種類繁多,煮法最好是蒸,出來的味道比較優勝。淡水魚,有好幾拾種,最愛食三刀,金古笋殻,細倫,如果食泥猛魚,就有兩大大條。海蝦,多數食開邊蒸,排放整齊,蝦鮮味濃厚。鮑魚,果皮蒸最正,大大隻,又甜又滑,又有鮑魚香。蟹,最愛食羔蟹,但唔係時時有,喜歡以豉油皇炒,要少咸。蟹羔味衝天,蟹肉鮮嫩。鮮魷,多數椒鹽炸,脆卜卜,味道可口,這是另一種野味嘅煮法,跟平常食開的不一樣。其他小菜跟一般茶餐廳相同!不過,價錢平!包飲品及飯。
