最近浜燒店越開越多,連荃灣也進駐了一間!住在附近的朋友發現,二話不說就來了吃!先點了個前菜:芥末八爪魚份量不少,芥末的辣度也調得剛剛好。甲羅燒:滿滿的蟹膏加入蟹子、蔥花、蟹肉及一隻鵪春蛋,伴勻再燒熱,味道非常濃郁,蟹子添上了爽脆口感。刺身拼盤水準不錯,屬新鮮貨色。燒什菌金菇香口,水份仍然保留住。主角浜燒海鮮,等得比較耐,點了過個拼盤,包括鮑魚、帶子、蜆、生蠔。帶子極鮮甜和彈牙,非常好吃!鮑魚上桌時仍在抖動,很生猛。生蝦個頭大,隻隻飽滿,不錯!

帶子極鮮甜和彈牙,非常好吃!
鮑魚上桌時仍在抖動,很生猛。
