To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

近期天氣實在太熱，所以真係忍唔住去左食sushi。今次食呢間食店就個火炙sushi套餐仲包埋一客蟹棒wu冬，盛惠$62。三文魚腩肥瘦適中，配埋面頭火炙燒過的外層，更顯得惹味。除咗三文魚腩sushi之外，仲有3件加洲卷，真係岩曬大食之人 !而且個份wu冬都係大大份，有蟹棒之餘，仲有塊豚肉，即係平時食拉麵個種，真係性價比幾高的一間餐廳。不過因為呢間餐廳都算幾平，所以lunch時間都幾多打工仔放lunch黎呢度食，所以都要預番5-10分鐘去等位。
