Amazing gem tucked away in the corner of Tsuen Wan. With just 12 seats around the counter in front of the chefs, this restaurant offers a simple and exclusive dining experience. 隱藏喺荃灣嘅角落，我平時好少去這一帶。counter seats只有12個左右，可以近距離欣賞廚師嘅製作壽司。呢度上菜簡單但材料睇起黎好新鮮。我試咗唔同嘅壽司，其中以吞拿魚壽司拼盤最出色。所有食材都新鮮，做得非常出色。大拖羅和螢火魷魚絕對值得一試。最後加嘅芥末八爪魚手卷亦都唔錯，食材新鮮紫菜都好脆。整個餐廳氣氛熱鬧，櫃枱環境舒適，值得推介。
