今日同朋友行開荔枝角D2 Place,上網搵到附近有一間喺億利工業中心嘅FAB Kitchen,試咗佢個二人餐set dinner,餐廳佈置得好fancy,充滿唔同嘅聖誕裝飾。餐湯我哋揀咗法國珍珠蠔周打魚湯,飲落幾creamy,口感順滑,兩隻蠔亦都唔腥。前菜我哋揀咗鵝肝批配青蘋果香桃醬、自家刁草醃製挪威三文魚同咸豬手肉法式凍批。鵝肝批食落雖然有啲膩,但配咗青新嘅蘋果香桃醬去中和個膩。挪威三文魚有四片,用咗香草醃食落有少少似煙三文魚,法式凍批入面有咸豬手肉同類似啫喱嘅口感,喺出面比較少食到。主菜我哋揀咗香煎銀鱈魚配三文魚籽加菠蘿清酒泡沫同烤紐西蘭草飼鹿柳 胡桃牛油南瓜配帕瑪森芝士,煎銀鱈魚嘅魚肉好嫩滑,煎香咗嘅魚皮食落去會食到菠蘿清酒嘅酒味,我第一次食鹿肉,喺香港嘅餐廳都比較少見到有鹿肉,外表睇落似牛扒,聞落都冇特別嘅味,食落去會感覺到有好濃嘅肉味,就咁食會有少少蘇味,但配埋煎香咗嘅帕瑪森芝士係面一齊食嘅話就無咗陣味,都幾特別!二人餐最後就包咗兩杯餐飲,想食甜品嘅話仲可以加錢追加。📍荔枝角長沙灣道883號億利工業中心7樓704號舖位置就腳:🍊🍊🍊🍊餐廳環境:🍊🍊🍊🍊🍊食物味道:🍊🍊🍊🍊整
