To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

八月第一個星期五中午，炮台山。在家工作後每個星期五都要回公司一下，炮台山天后美食林立，正好做一下美食偵探。走進一家門面簡潔新穎，裝潢吊燈泡明顯有用心思，裡面掛牆木板上放的是酒瓶還有懷舊收音機，有點復古風，一切隨性不隨便，卻是主打牛腩的店。清湯蘿蔔三寶麵，牛味清香撲鼻，喝一口湯，沒有味清之外，還有濃濃藥膳回甘，原來這湯是焦點所在，除了大量牛骨，加入了龍眼肉、杞子、淮山、黃芪、 紅棗，居然還有當歸去熬製，這個藥膽不得了，滋陰補身又清甜，難怪稱為八寶。三寶麵有牛腩，牛筋和牛肚，牛筋軟腍，吸收了湯汁充滿甘甜味，牛肚爽彈，牛腩就比教難嚼，可能換成其他腩位會比較好吧。
