姨媽們約好週六下午落銅鑼灣濕平,大姨丈就提議早少少喺附近間佢覺得唔錯o既「盈福小廚」度食小菜作晏,仲預埋小肥兩兄弟份添。餐店o既竹架門面至樑上o既燈籠吊飾,四周o既裝備都極富中國色彩。門外展出多頁餐牌及彩圖推介項目供食客參閱。姨丈一早訂咗張大枱,一行九人一到步即有位坐。經理哥哥非常落力好客,埋位開茶時亦不忘介紹超值o既八人及十人午市套餐。長輩應推介點咗個十人小菜套餐,$968包有無添加老火靚湯、原隻盈福招牌瑤柱浸雞、自選八款指定小菜、白飯及甜品,單睇價格已覺抵。此外,仲加點咗幾款前菜小食黎分。香橙鮮准山($45):橙味准山前菜清新開胃,配搭新穎討好。金磚脆豆腐($48):炸至金黃o既豆腐粒外脆內嫩滑,簡單伴上炸蒜粒已夠惹味。雞絲拌粉皮($48):雞絲粉皮香潤甜美,同樣味佳。十人小菜套餐之無添加老火靚湯:老火湯足料火喉夠,清甜濃郁且不油膩,大家都覺得好有驚喜。十人小菜套餐之家鄉欖豉骨:欖豉骨香口帶甜。十人小菜套餐之香煎蚵仔蛋:蛋蛋煎得夠乾巧,入面o既蚵仔更加係肥嘟嘟、滑lut lut,掂呀!十人小菜套餐之菜芯炒手切牛肉:鮮綠色o既菜芯咬落真係好卜卜脆,手切牛肉亦炒得好軟腍,家常小菜確真好
