To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

其實我真係好鍾意食金祥嘅排骨麵,每隔一排就會忍唔住特登搭車過嚟食。每次我都係叫菜膽雲吞排骨麵。菜膽會係白菜膽,通常會有三條。雲吞係菜肉雲吞,皮薄餡靚,有三大件,真係好大件嘅。排骨通常係一大塊切開做6份,炸得外脆內軟,仲充滿肉汁嘅。我通常會點少少豆瓣醬食,非常惹味。叫咗面之後,呢度加飲品係半價,我每一次都一定係要杯凍嘅菊花茶,原價$12 ,加配就係$6。佢嘅菊花茶係有少少甘苦味,唔會好甜,飲得出係自家製,好正㗎。
