To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

金華的菠蘿包出名已經係人所共知的事，很早的時候已經吃過一次，不過那次的菠蘿包因被紙袋的水氣焗到唔脆和冷冰冰，使我十分失望。今次如果唔係咁啱經過和肚餓，也沒有機會再嚐一次～從小有一條吃菠蘿包的公式：菠蘿包+牛油=美味～ 菠蘿包要的脆，加上冰冷的牛油，一冷一熱，有如冰火交融一樣，好味極了～而這次金華的菠蘿包做到了以上兩點，算是合格，不可以算是太出色。
