To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

來這裡,當然要吃那馳名菠蘿油、腿蛋包以及炸脾啦!菠蘿油果然名不虛傳,包身軟熟,酥皮面十級脆,吃至尾段到唔見稔;牛油份量剛好,溶化了亦不至於影響包身。腿蛋包用了少甜的熱狗包,有牛油香及異常軟熟,內夾了一塊火腿及一隻荷包蛋,吃時要小心蛋漿奪巢而出,狼狽如男友就唔好啦@_@!炸脾則非常差,啲肉又乾又鞋,無嚟味道,又貴又唔好食。來這裡,還是主攻包點吧,不過最好有定心理準備價錢比一般茶餐廳貴。
