To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

本身朝著牛棚那邊行去，不過越行越遠之後，就發覺沒有什麼特色店，就連酒店又或是前方都只在地舖有少許茶餐廳。於是又折返到欣榮花園附近，印象中這兒地下有這間雲峰茶餐廳，門面也不少，進來之後發現挺為寬闊。因為看到餐牌有焗飯，這天不算太飽於是就吃了個焗飯。果然，和我所想的一樣，一個地方名字加個「汁」字加上「雞/牛/豬」飯，每每都是陷阱。這次這個是意大利汁雞扒焗飯，焗飯雖然有少許蛋，但沒有炒過的香氣，所謂的意大利汁，其實只是橙紅色的鮮茄汁，應該說是茄膏溝水的汁，不是鮮茄，焗飯之中甚至找不到半塊蕃茄，另外雞扒都只是一大塊雞扒放上去，解凍可能沒有妥善，亦都沒有切開或煎香，這樣的焗飯極為求其。旁邊的員工亦都不太尊重其他顧客，一首打開旁邊顧客的櫃桶那餐具，然之後大大力關閉櫃桶。奶茶味道都不太特別，沒有覺得很濃的茶香，這樣的茶餐廳，吃一次也罷。
