喺太古城有好多唔同質素嘅餐廳,我哋就選擇咗平時比較少去嘅中菜,專食雲南菜既阿詩瑪。食雲南菜來講印象中通常都係雲南米線,比較少真係專食雲南小菜既特色餐廳。不過佢嘅位置有少少難搵,我最後發現原來係Starbucks行出去,向左望就會見到佢。野菌山鎮汽鍋雞,汽鍋雞好有雞味,而且菇菌嘅味道都好突出,令人食過再想食多碗,雞湯亦都有鮮味。由於係餐廳嘅招牌菜,呢度菜係隔水蒸熱熱而成,我一蒸出湯汁,無需加入任何水,所以整出嚟嘅雞湯,格外珍貴, 而且格外補身。另外我哋叫咗前菜自選三款嘅拼盤,有雲耳,蓮藕,青瓜雞肉涼拌。3款都好開胃, 別特別喜歡佢嘅蓮藕,非常爽脆隔離會有啲菇喺度。兩者加埋去食,滋味無窮。鍋巴高山麥,外層係一啲是飯焦包住,啲會有啲肉碎同埋菜係入邊,非常惹味啊開胃。 呢度菜非常有特色,每人整多一兩件都唔會覺得肥膩。麗江炒雜菌,會有菇,青椒,而且仲會有埋臘肉,所以味道非常足夠送飯一流。鍾意食菇菌類嘅人呢間餐廳完全合乎晒所有嘅要求,菇菌好味之餘仲會有其他特色小菜。雲南小鍋米線嗜辣人士一定會喜歡,喜歡食辣既我當然不例外。一上菜賣相同份量都好大,芽菜同韭菜都系我最愛, 會有酸菜同埋豬肉碎令口感更佳,

雲南小鍋米線嗜辣人士一定會喜歡,喜歡食辣既我當然不例外。一上菜賣相同份量都好大,芽菜同韭菜都系我最愛, 會有酸菜同埋豬肉碎令口感更佳,麻辣湯底好好味, 唔會好鹹, 米線既質地幼幼地, 軟硬度適中, 口感好軟綿,唔會一夾就散甘無質素,而且份量好大碗。

朋友超想試佢嘅大理羊乳扇,所以食到最尾佢都係決定咗要再叫。以前我哋都試過喺雲南食,個邊嘅羊乳扇係以羊奶加入酸水凝固後造成一塊塊扁平扇狀。呢度同我之前食嘅有少許不同,反而別一番風味,上面會有花生同埋糖,炸過嘅羊乳,令到成碟充滿著淡淡羊乳嘅味道,適合好多香港未接觸過雲南菜嘅人士。

之後就係呢度特色嘅甜品,玫瑰冰粉。超好食嘅玫瑰冰粉好似啫喱,玫瑰淡淡的香味令到甜品成為左一餐主角其中之一,再唔係好似平時甜品做配角般,特別嘅甜品配埋特色嘅小菜成為咗呢餐完美嘅終結。

鍾意食菇菌同特色雲南菜嘅人,好建議大家不妨來太古城試吓。呢度嘅裝修亦都非常得體,餐牌上面嘅小菜多花款之餘又好食。食得出邊嘅中菜多,真係好難得見到呢一間可以試到並非一般嘅中菜。真係一百分推介
