To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

好耐無係元朗食譚仔，今晚突然想食佢嘅皮蛋，就黎左。人唔算好多，雖然都係要撘枱，但未至於話迫到手頂手。枱上餐牌轉左，多左新湯底，三哥酸辣？唔知同平時有咩唔同呢。想食嘅皮蛋，好快就上左，好酸但唔辣，皮蛋心好綿好正。竹笙炸醬胡辣第一次黎錯左墨丸，好彩佢都肯換，雖然面有難色。竹笙吸左湯汁好正，但份量少左。炸醬比譚仔甜，都好味。木耳清湯木耳份量同樣少左，上次黎食多到擺滿成個碗，而加起碼少左一半，依然爽脆。清湯真係好淡，要加皮蛋嘅辣油一齊食。凍檸茶，一杯正常，一杯走甜。又係例牌比左少甜……點解次次都錯嘅呢？食到底……加料！！算，基本上都無乜邊間食市無架嘞，眼不見為淨啫。
