To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

葵興終於有間見得人嘅小菜，住咗葵興30年，都冇一間小菜係見得人，搞到我成日都要出去葵芳荃灣食飯。今日同老婆行過，見到呢間小菜，都唔知好唔好食，但又有啲肚餓，就走入去試吓啦。一坐低，我老婆就話要食麻辣鴨血，咁我就揀多個辣子雞丁，同埋鹹魚煎肉餅，嚟到碗白飯。兩個人限聚令底下食啱啱好。個鴨血一食落去，簡直喜出望外，辣就唔係好辣，但係就十分之香，嗰種麻味就係四川嘅麻辣味道！跟住食個辣子雞丁，大廚非常之犀利，將啲雞炸到非常之脆口，送啤酒真係一流！最後個肉餅鹹魚非常香，送埋碗白飯，真係大滿足！下次會再嚟食，見到好多人都有嗌雞煲，等限聚令放寬後，叫齊班兄弟試吓先！
