To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

已是第四次幫襯，每次來到葵芳都是我必食和最想食的冷麵配菜醬料選擇多，亦有不同的麵類選擇，價錢非常便宜，份量大！而我的至愛就是「手撕雞拌麵」手撕雞有分辣唔辣選擇，麵是冷麵，他們的冷麵軟硬度適中而且很有口感，醬料調較到剛剛好，非常滋味！亦有青瓜絲和蒜蓉配搭，味道很豐富，而他們的麻辣很香，食開小辣的我也感到惹味很過癮！這小店感覺整潔而且店員亦會細心講解和推介，又衛生整潔又有禮貌，是現今很難找到的小店。值得支持！
