天氣凍凍地,打開邊邊但又怕熱氣,想起這新興的蒸氣鍋物,夠晒健康呀。第一樣叫左大扇貝呀,size有成隻手掌咁大呀,見店員蒸左約5分鐘,粒原貝又夠大又淡淡肉呀,條裙邊我估大概有7-8厘米長呀。伴埋蒜蓉蒸,鮮甜味道出晒黎係pat粉絲度呀,令粉絲份量略嫌唔夠候呀,仲有要讚廚師預先係清先得幾乾淨。第二樣係游水大蝦呀,成隻蝦有15厘米大約,個蝦頭又超大而且多糕,蝦肉身好嫩夠晒白滑,好想試多隻但又怕膽固醇超標呀。最後就食埋份蒜蓉勝瓜,廚師係預先切到一口咁大粒,基本上每粒大小都差不多呀。勝瓜皮唔會硬,內裡夠軟諗,而且保留大量水分在內。唯一美中不足係味道有點鹹。天氣凍下夠晒暖肚,蒸氣煮法能夠保存食物本來味道,又食得健康,這煮法實屬不錯。
