To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

九龍城廣場一向冷清，疫情下更少人。是日來到譚仔也較少人，只可容納一半的客人。今次試了蕃茄湯配豬肚紫菜米線，另加竹笙及一份土匪雞翼。先說米線，湯底可說是非常咸，沒有蕃茄甜味，很難入口。後悔加了竹笙，因為很吸湯，更咸。豬肚絲切得相當幼，口感一般。份量較少。本想土匪雞翼可挽回分數，可以更令人失望。只得外皮有調味，雞肉完全不入味，應該醃肉時間太短，令雞翼味道有點淡，達不到應有水準。整體來說，真的太令人失望的一餐。
