To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

呢排連續幾日出沒炮台山上堂，午餐唔知食咩就去左食譚仔，不過估唔到呢間炮台山譚仔午市居然會大排長龍，好多學生同OL都係門口等位，好在自己一個人食，所以唔使等位就有得直接入去。雖然成間譚仔都坐滿人，但上菜速度都係同平時一樣咁快手，呢樣真係要讚一讚廚房同門面，勁！去譚仔唔一定要食酸辣，今次叫左蕃茄湯底，甜甜酸酸咁非常開胃，而且比起酸辣更清新，加上蕃茄湯底有少少濃稠，食米線的時候可以痴在米線上，個人覺得唔錯。唯一可惜係今次的豬潤梳打粉落太多，雖然入口好鬆軟，但就無左豬潤本身的口感，扣少少分啦。
