To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

近期食譚仔,愛上咗食蕃茄湯底,不過蕃茄湯係紅色招牌嗰間,下午3點後先會有!想食的話唔好去錯!通常我食蕃茄湯會加辣,我就會選擇加五小,因為三小及以上辣度的話就會搶晒d味!今次就叫咗雞肉墨丸,譚仔d雞肉幾好食,唔係好嫩但又唔會好鞋,墨丸就招牌啦,爽口彈牙。至少個湯底,有蕃茄碎,食落酸酸甜甜,再加埋五小辣,一次過滿足你三種口味!小食方面,通常都會叫蒜泥白肉或者土匪雞翼,今次就叫咗「小白」係就係好食,不過食完之後個口真係臭足全日
