To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

上班日想不到吃什麼時,總有人會大嚷兩個字,沒錯,就是「譚仔」了。無他的,因為譚仔的分店總有一間在左近,也總有人和議想吃常聽別人說譚仔的辣好吃,不過小妹不嚐辣,所以基本上大都點清湯,這次就來一個蕃茄湯底配墨丸和腩肉吧辣和清湯米線上得比較快,蕃茄湯則多侯了5-7分鐘左右。蕃茄湯很夠味,而且上面還有鮮茄肉墨丸是一如既往的彈牙好吃今次的腩肉則失色了點,之前都是薄薄的,今天吃卻切得很厚,而且太韌了最後還了點必吃的士匪雞翼，惹味香口

 辣和清湯米線上得比較快,蕃茄湯則多侯了5-7分鐘左右。
