To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

下班來藍田匯景商場買嘢，買好之後在商場轉了一圈沒多少吃的，這間聚寶堂也是轉回來「不得已」的選擇還好沒有錯過！整間店得廚師同樓面一個阿姨，雖然慢都服務態度好好！點左個微辣辣沙雞翼米線，一個海鮮炒烏冬，一個台灣腸➕鹹酥雞！辣沙味道香濃真係好正，米線滑滑的可以轉米粉，炒烏冬望落平平無奇開始有d失望，但食落味道超正，同樣微辣，海鮮不太多，但味道已經令呢個餐好值得！本人好少食腸類，不過叫左就都試下，香+脆，最正係鹹酥雞，外脆內嫩多汁，就算凍左都唔會韌好想再去呀！食左大半先記得影相
