黎到呢度,帶比人嘅感覺係,fine dining並不是遙不可及的事,Menu、service、食物都令我好驚喜。Dinner set 3-5 courses,餐包外脆內軟,餐湯係香濃中帶點清新嘅粟米湯,賣相味道都已經係有別於一般西餐。1st course要左西瓜沙律配伯爵茶啫喱,西瓜汁、沙律菜、啫喱,一層一層清新爽甜。2nd course朋友揀左煙燻挪威三文魚配龍眼肉同三文魚籽,視覺上非常享受,咁樣配搭仲係鮮、甜、美。我就揀左牛肉薄片配熱情果,一樣咁靚,伴上熱情果醬汁,酸酸甜甜配搭特別。到主菜啦,味噌比目魚配日本原木菇鰹魚湯,菇味同湯互相融合,連皮燒香嘅比目魚沐浴喺魚湯入面,鮮甜味美,魚肉質感厚滑,無得挑剔。另一個主菜,烤Prime西冷扒配公爵夫人馬鈴薯(雪梨醋燒汁),Prime,西冷扒最高級別,熟度剛好,Juicy,軟腍得黎保留牛扒應有嘅纖維感,伴汁更加覺係誠意之作,豐富左味道層次而且美觀,加上外脆內裡香軟滑溜嘅燒薯蓉,點樣相信係以數百元計能夠享用嘅質素。Dinner set包括$35以下飲品,聽聞呢度嘅咖啡亦相當吸引,一杯Mocha一杯Latte,製作過程中已經淘醉咖啡香之中,然後
