早排出咗Asia Pacific @50toppizza之後,我就逐間逐間pizza拜訪緊,今次嚟到呢間係Hong Kong Top 2嘅Baci😆 到訪前已經對佢好大期望,本身都好驚會因為咁期望落差太大,估唔到佢比我想像中更出色❤️前菜點咗Il Carpaccio Di Bresaola ($198) 🐮一上枱見到有大大舊burrata,切開就見到中間嘅cheese慢慢流出嚟,加埋balsamic vinegar、嫩滑嘅生牛肉片同火箭菜,成件事好享受😚主角pizza就揀咗Stella ($198) stella其實係星星嘅意思,所以pizza都做成六角星形狀🌟 餐廳採用open kitchen,見到店家用特製火爐烘烤,pizza dough口感好好,pizza邊仲有小心思就係入面塞滿truffle ricotta,完全將平時食過嘅所有芝心pizza比下去🥹 而且成個真係超香,亦都好cheesy,加埋蕃茄base唔會好膩,呢個大推☺️除咗手工pizza,佢哋其他菜式都好出色😛 Angeli Di Mare ($238)就係天使麵配上紅蝦,天使麵幼細彈牙又掛汁,汁底用咗奶油龍蝦濃湯同Grap

除咗手工pizza,佢哋其他菜式都好出色😛 Angeli Di Mare ($238)就係天使麵配上紅蝦,天使麵幼細彈牙又掛汁,汁底用咗奶油龍蝦濃湯同Grappa調製,入口充滿極香濃龍蝦嘅甘甜鮮味,完全唔會死鹹,紅蝦都好新鮮🤤

另一味見好多枱都有嗌嘅就係Butter Poached Lobster ($498) 唔講得笑隻龍蝦仲長過我塊面😳 食落口仲要超~新鮮,龍蝦肉爽口彈牙🦞 底嘅Fregola Sarda Pasta 好有咬口,而且索晒龍蝦嘅精華😋完全感受到餐廳廚房嘅功架😝

The classic tiramisu ($98)亦都名乎其實採用正宗嘅做法🤎 手指餅濕潤軟綿,浸透濃濃嘅冧酒,酒味明顯但唔會過苦😆 Mascarpone cheese幼滑creamy,不過略嫌甜咗少少🤏🏻
總括嚟講,環境氣氛好正,比起頂樓嘅Aria,呢到更加似係開心聚會嘅地方,同蘭桂坊嘅氛圍好接近,座位闊落,而且店員服務都好熱情,吹水先知原來有部分仲係意大利人,見到佢哋嘢食同環境都咁高質,真心大力推介畀所有人帶朋友/另一半過嚟chill🥳
