To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

昨天吃了燒肉油雞飯,一坐後待應即說要$65一碟,錢多少對我冇問題,最緊要好食,一看到這碟飯,簡直中伏!燒肉所有皮肉分離,其實都無所謂,最大問題就是一半皮𠱓一半皮濕而淋,即是這些皮是有計劃地分配給顧客!叫油雞,大家樂都會給一些胸或背,也可以搭些翼和脾,佢居然是一只又乾又瘦的雞翼,也同時間隔離枱客也投降點解又是雞翼,那時我發覺這間店雙拼雞是永遠是翼,那時我十分激氣叫待應來投訴,居然他説你落單要講清楚要那部位,那麼我問他乜一只雞好多只翼嗎?他不知怎樣回答!大家看完照片後請大家決定會否再繼續幫趁,我就打死都唔會再去!
