To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

佛誕假期一家老少五人去南丫島食海鮮，僅系揾間舒服企理兼有景又唔遠的餐廳，見呢間D 海鮮幾多，又附合以上幾點，所以就坐低喇！由於佛誕，所以預左貴少少，叫左椒鹽焗中蝦($320)，D 蝦大只同爽口, Good，共12只一斤，差不多啦！一只肉蟹薑蔥炒($2XX)，唔錯。一只乳鴿($68)，大size，等於兩只 BB 乳鴿，一碟蠔油生菜但來了碟小棠菜($48)，都OK 啦，最緊要無油淋淋，好清!加埋白飯4大碗同茶錢，每人約$170，OK 啦！最緊要有海景同幹淨，換碟亦快，樣樣都滿意，大家食得開心！如果上菜快一D 就更好！
