To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

通常啲酒店唔响市中心（不在油尖旺　灣仔中環）我都期望佢既自助餐會平少少（例如响將軍澳、觀塘、荃灣果幾間），不過依間就應該係定位高啲，所以都唔算平。熱葷：羊架、燒味好好食，啲點心都唔馬虎。即製窩夫，加雪糕甜品超好食，特別係 waffle 同雪糕。難得地有芝麻糊影相唔多，下次再去食、再影~~~
