今日同兩個朋友去開九龍城, 四圍都係人, 又唔想食譚仔, 有人提意去食東南亞蝦面~ 我突然醒起係九龍城福老村道有一間新開叫"蝦匠"既蝦面店~ 今日就一於去試下~ 星期六下午4點~ 去到蝦匠, 都幾FULL~ 8成入座, 好好彩我地WALK IN 都有2人位~ 實在係太好了~ 坐底睇下個餐牌又唔貴喎~ 我地叫咗兩個蝦匠湯配摻摻(油面+米粉)$48 加咗半邊波士頓龍蝦$50 蝦滑$15 黑椒牛丸$10 , 真係好似高級版車仔面, 哈哈~ 另外仲叫咗兩個小食, 一個叫蝦少 (即係蝦多士) 另一個係蝦蝦霸霸 (即係炸蝦餅) , D名好搞笑囉~ D野食66逐逐咁到~ 首先講下個面先, 湯底好濃蝦味, 摻摻拎到個面口感層次好豐富, 半邊波士頓龍蝦肉質彈牙鮮甜~ 靚貨來的~ 黑椒牛丸一定要叫~ 好好味~ 蝦少 (即係蝦多士)- 炸得一D都唔油, 仲要好大份量好扺食~蝦蝦霸霸 (即係炸蝦餅)-- 好有蝦味, 點埋個泰色酸甜汁 好惹味~ 令人食唔停口~~~ 值得推介~ GOOD~
