上星期我哋約埋幾個舊同學一齊聚會,去咗一間叫蝦棧食晚飯,睇下餐牌上價錢又好實惠喎,我哋就冇乜頭緒食乜嘢就,店員為我哋介紹咗幾個菜式。一個奶油蝦一上枱已經聞到陣陣嘅奶油同埋鮮蝦嘅香味,香噴噴濃濃嘅奶油味包著鮮蝦,蝦肉煮得剛剛熟,又不過火,爽甜鮮味,奶油味香濃,處理得非常出色$188。第二個係黑椒牛仔骨,好香嘅黑椒味辣味適中,牛仔骨煮得好入味,淋得嚟又彈牙,好有牛肉味,肉汁豐富$98。第三個香煎墨魚餅,外面煎得脆卜卜,裏面軟淋淋,做到外脆內軟啱啱好,墨魚肉做到爽得嚟又夠淋$88。第四個油鹽珍珠貝,調味料雖然簡單但係你要做到佢好,個時間上 同分量嘅配合是不容易,因要帶出珍珠貝嘅鮮甜味要出色,又不過火$88。佢嘅糖心鹵蛋真係考師傅㗎,冇番咁上下功力都好難做到,第一要做到佢糖心,第二鹵水味又要夠濃先至會咁好食$15。跟住佢個羽衣甘藍,全部都係新鮮製作$98。最後我哋仲享用咗幾款甜品,有薄荷菠蘿梳打,好冰涼嘅薄荷香, 清新鮮甜嘅菠蘿,飲完令你好清新嘅感覺$38 一個蕃薯雪糕,佢將啲番薯蓉混合雪糕裏面,食起上嚟同一般嘅雪糕唔同,好有特色$68。仲有一個南瓜雪糕都做得好好食全部都係用上乘嘅材料$68,
