上次去花園街食火鍋,途經一間叫蝦棧的食店,門口有多人等位,聽說是食台灣菜,而主打是蝦鍋,今天週末同老公專程來蝦棧試試!奶油蝦:餐牌上有多款煑蝦的味道,我選擇正宗台式煑法---奶油蝦,廚師是用生猛的大頭蝦煑,特製奶油醬汁好美味!蝦的底部是洋蔥,使味道提升更惹味,大頭蝦因為是生猛的,即煮的海鮮很鲜甜,蝦爽口彈牙!魯肉鮮蝦湯米:米粉是用台灣的,幼身爽口。魯肉不肥不鞋口,蝦彈牙,湯底鮮甜,好味!醉雞卷:食上海菜的醉雞食得多,但這樣食都是第一次,雞已去骨卷成條,啖啖肉又嫩滑,酒香四溢,值得一試!香煎蝦餅:本來是墨魚餅,但賣晒,店家推介蝦餅,外層是用腐皮,所以非常酥脆,餡料是蝦膠,爽口彈牙,美味可口,值得推介一口炸豆腐:外脆內滑,點些醬汁甚惹味,不錯的小食!蕃薯雪糕:蕃薯味雪糕好特別,食完雪糕還可以食埋盛載雪糕的蕃薯。甜度適中,好美味!菠蘿雪葩:用整個菠蘿盛載菠蘿雪葩,菠蘿味香濃,甜甜酸酸的味道,好味!
