To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

最近職場轉到長沙灣，公司附近都是一些飯堂或頹飯之類的食肆，難得找到一間像樣些的食店，還說是米芝蓮的，當然要會它一會。整條街有車仔麵，平價壽司店，小食店等等，比起來這家店算是整潔的了。甫坐下，餐牌也未看，已被墻上貼著的圖畫吸引過去，於是點了一碟老闆娘撈麵。實物版也超大碟，蝦籽落得重手，是瘋撒在麵條上的，麵條夠乾，絕不會濕濕漉漉的。蝦球有三大粒，此外還有雲吞、水餃及蟹黃雲吞，全部都很爽口，非常美味。韮王湯很清，店方更奉上辣醬及蠔油，極其豐富。有別於一般粉麵舖只有菜芯芥蘭生菜的灼菜，這兒有雲耳拼洋蔥。估不到這樣的組合又不錯，灼起的雲耳既爽且軟，洋蔥更是香口，加了少許豉油已可帶出菜蔬的鮮甜。茶水之外套餐亦提供一杯五花茶，卻較為淡口，甜味不足。以後午餐又多一個著落了。
