經過太子依間餐館幾次,都好想黎試,今晚總於試到勤!仲要黎岩季節,點解?睇埋就知🙊話明叫蝦棧,黎到一定叫蝦🦐餐廳用心去保存蝦既新鮮,不論蝦缸、溫度、水質......,令到上枱既蝦呈現最美味既一面。老公叫左個「避風塘蝦」好香避風塘味,又多蒜片,所以好香,好夠味。蝦新鮮彈牙得黎仲要有好多蝦膏、蝦油同蝦籽,一蝦4食。香蔥滷水炸大腸炸大腸好多地方都食到,而依個將香蔥釀入滷左既大腸,再拎去炸真係第一次食。好有心思,外面脆,中間肥美又香,中心再黎香蔥味,2者好夾,好好味脆炸陳皮魚蛋手工特色小食,佢將雲吞皮包住蝦膠,蝦膠再包住陳皮魚蛋。一層一層,好有層次感,又花功夫。咬落,第一層好脆,之後係蝦膠既彈牙,再入就係陳皮既香台式香腸豬肉腸、墨魚腸再加蒜片豬肉腸好香肉味,皮脆,肉甜墨魚腸充滿著好香既墨魚味黑麻油雞雞肉充滿麻油味,雞肉又嫩又滑。而且加左酒,食落有一份香味。我地叫左新竹米粉,其實單食個新竹籽粉已經好夠味。但老公真識食,佢將新竹米粉放入麻油雞既湯汁,令到爽口既新竹米粉吸晒雞汁既精華,咁都俾佢林到,勁呀!魯肉飯魯肉好入味,魯肉既汁同味滲左落下面既飯,令到個飯同魯肉分不開既美味珍珠奶茶食台灣野又點少得珍
