跟同事講開先知道SEASON PLUS係觀塘開左分店,之前跟佢食過尖沙咀嗰間所以今晚就過黎新店呢邊睇下有咩唔同,同埋再食多次生蠔!$198有一打生蠔及白酒一支,我地當然唔會錯過啦。之後就點多幾個下酒小菜,摸住酒杯底傾下偈順便計劃一下聖誕節有咩活動玩。12隻生蠔最先送上,全部即開即食鮮味十足。以198呢個價錢黎講,蠔身都算大隻雖然唔係十分飽滿,但入口都鮮甜裙邊好爽口海水味偏淡,所以唔加檸檬汁或辣汁都夠味。仲有支白酒配搭,呢個價錢真係抵到爛!食西餐成日聽到:紅肉配紅酒,白肉配白酒。所以生蠔配上呢隻意大利嘅白酒真係非常合適。因為佢酒味唔重帶少少花香同蜂蜜味,入口順滑同清爽。與味道都算清淡嘅生蠔,啱啱好能夠帶出彼此嘅甘甜味道。加上支酒一直係個冰桶雪住,風味更佳。蒜茸焗大蝦,同生蠔一樣有成十二隻咁多。蒜味好濃郁食落唔算太咸。蝦肉彈牙食時先吸左覆蓋係蝦身嘅蒜茸及牛油汁,再食蝦肉,惹味十足。雖然知道係用左幾多牛油去整,但個香味同味道完全覆蓋佢卡路里高嘅事實,唯有同自己講一餐半餐無所謂嘅。既然有支幾好飲嘅酒,又點可以單食生蠔同蝦咁單調?所以我地都點個牛油焗日本元貝黎佐酒。芝士雖然唔多但都做到拉絲效果,

埋單都六百蚊有找,但呢價錢食到味道同質素都幾唔錯嘅食物,都算幾抵。加上呢度環境唔錯幾啱同朋友放工或者放過黎飲返杯,食隻蠔。
