今晚到九龍城吃潮州菜樓上樓下都有座位,適合大夥人聚會各式小菜招牌滷水上菜前先有餐前小食開開胃入味豬紅,血腥味不重份量多。雖然我平時不吃豬紅,但這個我接受口感很好,不會太厚實,也不會一夾就散。朋友平時愛吃豬紅也大讚出色韭菜同樣入味!除了鵝肉之外,皮也很重要,這個鵝皮充滿彈性,而且滷水很入味又不過鹹。鵝肉同樣入味蠔餅非常酥脆!不會炸成「大板燒」的樣子。蠔肉真的大大粒!而且新鮮。很滿足的一餐,下次也會和朋友來吃
