To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

日式蛋包飯是簡單又好味的一道菜式，有日心血來潮就和朋友嘗了這間在灣仔的蛋包飯專門店 。貓之眼位於灣仔修頓球場對面的小巷，有點難找的哦。店子有點小，我們七點來到要等一下位置，在門外排隊。像拉麵店一樣，店員先給下單紙我們填好，入座後便可立即下單嚕。先點了個薯仔沙律，味道正常啦哈哈，喜歡他混了青瓜，很清爽，不過 $28 只有兩球，份量有點小重頭戲來了。好多醬汁的招牌三色蛋 bell 飯，蛋好鮮嫩噢。。。還有蛋汁流著。咖哩是甜甜的很好吃，配搭著忌廉就更好吃，好Creamy哦另一個醬汁口味的漢堡扒蛋 bell 飯，選了濃茄牛肉。我覺得不太特別啦，漢堡扒也是正常的味覺，沒驚喜。另外服務方面也不錯，店員很有禮貌地協助我們安排坐位，但要揚聲才提供清水 (半杯)。感覺是很平實的一間店，但也未有要特地非來不可的地步，也不是特別的難忘。

 另一個醬汁口味的漢堡扒蛋 bell 飯，選了濃茄牛肉。我覺得不太特別啦，漢堡扒也是正常的味覺，沒驚喜。
