今日食咗 i am .. bakery egg tart 做 afternoon tea蛋撻皮係cookie 皮,但唔夠鬆脆,有少少oily蛋撻要好食個皮係好重要,曲奇皮蛋撻個餅底,要夠香要夠牛油味,咬落要夠脆夠鬆化但係佢就做唔到喇,咬落去係淋淋地碎開,係散嘅一啲都唔脆唔鬆化另一樣就係個蛋漿,甜味就夠嘅,但係唔夠厚唔夠香,食落去一啲都唔滑你睇下第一張圖就會知道做得好嘅蛋撻通常出路嘅時候啲蛋會係脹卜卜但係佢呢度新鮮出爐嘅時候啲蛋都唔係脹嘅咁就證明唔夠蛋漿入面唔會焗得滑
