雖然已經多次到訪Check-in Taipei但仍不厭倦,全因他們不斷推陳出新,每次來到都總會有意外驚喜。上次到訪後不久又換上新餐牌,換上數款以不同國家為主題的蛋餅,別出心裁。坊間的台灣菜館星羅棋布,但明顯會看得出這裡比起其他餐廳都別具匠心,不會墨守成規,反而不斷將新元素融入傳統菜式當中,新鮮感不斷,價錢亦相當親民。櫻花蝦烏醋茄子 ($48)茄子煮得香軟入味,有如海綿一樣盡吸烏醋變得酸甜多汁,櫻花蝦除了增添一份鹹香外亦令口感更加豐富,簡簡單單卻百吃不厭。芥末雲耳淮山 ($48)雲耳爽脆之餘酸甜開胃,後勁逐漸滲出一絲芥末辛香,不至過分嗆烈。秘製酸辣手工餃 ($65)手工餃皮質感煙韌但偏厚,中間包著椰菜及豬肉碎比較清淡,配上酸辣醬恰到好處。冬陰功龍蝦蛋餅 ($88)蛋餅中間包著牛油果及龍蝦沙律,整體配搭不錯惟冬蔭功主題不夠出眾,冬蔭功醬酸味較為突出近似千島醬。栥飯遇上蛋餅 ($68)以蛋餅皮取代糯米飯,將栥飯搖身一變成為蛋餅,新舊交融,當中保留肉鬆、榨菜和油炸鬼,油炸鬼保持酥脆可口,口感豐富,但個人認為如果肉鬆份量更多會更上一層樓。髒髒紫薯麻糬蛋餅 ($75)蛋餅外層撒上一層紫薯粉之餘更裹

雖然這裡的座位不多環境亦比較狹小,晚餐時間總是座無虛席而門外更大排長龍,但值得一讚的是店員並沒有因為忙得不可開交而傲慢無禮,反而態度保持謙恭殷勤之餘效率亦高,實在難能可貴呢。
