提早慶祝父親節,去咗新忠記食打冷.第一次幫襯,又睇睇有無驚喜先.點咗滷水鵝片,韭菜豬紅,蠔仔粥,白灼吊片,蠔餅併九肚魚,炒蟶子,蝦丸脆豆腐.想點薄殼,無貨,轉叫螄蚶.優點:1, 滷水鵝片比想像中滑,由其係肥肉部位.2, 蠔仔粥名就叫蠔仔,但蠔嘅size一D都唔細粒,蠔仔肉質嫩滑,蠔仔份量足無偷工減料,加入胡椒粉一齊入口係一絕!絕配.3, 用蠔仔餅嘅制法整九肚魚係第一次食,九肚魚肉質比蠔更嫩滑,外表香脆內層軟滑而且唔油膩,唔需要點醬汁已經好好味.4, 單憑炸蝦丸嘅外表,以為口感好實,但咬落卻相反,質感比較軟,又唔會過於彈牙,係自己中意嘅口感.5, 其實.... 潮州螄蚶係第一次食,原來要用個特制鉗開螄蚶.自己超愛食赤貝,螄蚶相信係赤貝嘅BB品種.潮州螄蚶不但有赤貝嘅鮮甜,重有酒香等潮式醃料,酒香味重,滿意!6, 冷氣足夠!缺點:1, 門口無得泊車!2, 今次幫襯好鬼嘈!3, D職員態度一般,問多兩句都唔 like.4, 不論蠔仔粥同炸蠔餅,都食到細細粒蠔殼,美中不足.5, 炒蟶子殼多過肉.

點咗滷水鵝片,韭菜豬紅,蠔仔粥,白灼吊片,蠔餅併九肚魚,炒蟶子,蝦丸脆豆腐.
想點薄殼,無貨,轉叫螄蚶.

優點:
1, 滷水鵝片比想像中滑,由其係肥肉部位.
2, 蠔仔粥名就叫蠔仔,但蠔嘅size一D都唔細粒,蠔仔肉質嫩滑,蠔仔份量足無偷工減料,加入胡椒粉一齊入口係一絕!絕配.
3, 用蠔仔餅嘅制法整九肚魚係第一次食,九肚魚肉質比蠔更嫩滑,外表香脆內層軟滑而且唔油膩,唔需要點醬汁已經好好味.
4, 單憑炸蝦丸嘅外表,以為口感好實,但咬落卻相反,質感比較軟,又唔會過於彈牙,係自己中意嘅口感.
