To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

蟹痴必吃「松葉蟹丼」經過見到有蟹食，二話不說就入去食😂我真係好鍾意食蟹🦀呢個「松葉蟹丼」又幾抵食，滿滿蟹肉鋪滿成個碗有蟹鉗、蟹肉、蟹腳仲有蟹膏。蟹肉好鮮甜嫩滑，蟹鉗同蟹腳肉質棉密緊實蟹膏香濃甘甜，剩喺食蟹肉都值另外加咗$18，有埋前菜、麵豉湯同果茶原本以為果茶冇乜味點知杯果茶又幾好味喎，甜甜地幾解渴天氣凍凍地最啱食火鍋一個人食啱啱好嘅關東風「鳥開壽喜燒火鍋定食」有雞肉、金菇、冬菇、本菇、大蔥同芋絲特調壽喜燒湯頭香甜濃郁鍾意食壽喜燒嘅你一定會喜歡那份甜雞肉嫩滑，口感十足。加$18 仲有麵豉湯、沙律、果茶同埋甜品另外加$32有鳥開手羽先（2件）雞翼炸得好香口，一咬落去就爆汁略微鹹咗少少刺身拼盤 $108都唔錯喎，好新鮮，百零蚊好抵食問返職員先知原來頭先叫嘅喺期間限定仲諗住帶父母嚟食添真係要限期前帶佢地嚟先得
