To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

牛油果沙冰$35柯打後不久就上桌的飲品,應該是做定的,但也保持沙冰口感。牛油果味不出,不會太甜,有點奶味,順滑夠冰涼。招牌菜—蟹糕㩚粉 $56賣相相當不錯,但卻放漏了豬紅,因為友人經常吃,所以知道。很大一坨的蟹糕煎蛋,湯底非常濃郁,但也不會很咸,應該是牛湯底。第一樣試—蟹糕煎蛋蟹糕煎蛋,蛋煎很香,雖然有點兒老,但也接受蛋中間的蟹糕,雖然不多,但蟹糕味也很出札肉沒有特別,有2件厚切口感較好後補的豬紅湯汁更濃,豬紅口感嫩滑,不會一碰即散開,我叫到中間有點兒腥,但友人即表示吃不到腥味整碗粉的失敗之處則是其㩚粉,可能煮得太淋,沒有口感可言,不彈牙。友人即點了咖哩牛腩檬粉(分上)$56 雖然外表不太吸引,但香氣也是有的濃濃的咖喱汁,可惜我不喜歡的椰汁類咖喱,不辣帶點甜,椰味十分重。牛腩是牛筋腩部分,所以有點嚼勁,而牛肉也不柴不老不黏牙煮得夠軟棉也夠入味,整體吃下去也不會有很油膩的感覺友人表示這間餐廳已經比他第一次來吃退步了不少,但我吃落還算是不錯,真希望餐廳能回到其最高鋒時水平,讓我也能享受美味。因為㩚粉也是主角之一,所以㩚粉失手也是一個不能給好評的原因。
