To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

豚王拉麵是一家總部位於日本的拉麵連鎖店，可以在全球各地都找到它們的分店。我這次去品嚐了他們的兩道招牌菜，分別是鰹魚湯拉麵和辣的豚肉拉麵。首先要說的是鰹魚湯拉麵，由於使用了藍鰹魚和高湯等材料，讓湯頭非常鮮美，帶有濃郁的味道和香氣，令人回味無窮。拉麵本身也很棒，口感細緻柔滑，煮得恰到好處。加上使用的配料如叉燒、海苔、綠蔥等，整道菜色呈現出完美的平衡感，非常美味！而另一道辣的豚肉拉麵則是非常適合喜愛辛辣口味的人。豚肉肥瘦相間、入口即化，配合上濃郁辣味的湯頭，讓人垂涎三尺。此外，拉麵還附送了一個半熟的味玉蛋、油炸洋蔥等配料，味道非常豐富，讓人難以忘記!
