To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 是日與幾位好閨蜜行山後,到apm食下午茶。假日處處都擠滿人潮,剛好御泰坊有位,就此來輕食也。這是單點菜中值得推薦一員:泰式鮮蝦金柚子沙律 Pomelo Salad with shrimps, dried fish and cashew nuts賣相:以玻璃瓶裝起沙律,既能清楚看見每款材料而且具層次感,鮮綠鮮橙顏色配搭亦搶眼不凡,幾條蝦尾從瓶口突出,很有動感。食材:金柚子果肉味道酸中帶微辣,柚子醬汁開胃。鮮蝦去殼,也去除蝦腸,這一點我可是非常在意的,加分!沙律菜份量不算多,但配有腰果碎,增加口感。如果再配上兩條素春卷或者米紙卷的話,就更完滿了!

鮮蝦去殼,也去除蝦腸,這一點我可是非常在意的,加分!

沙律菜份量不算多,但配有腰果碎,增加口感。

如果再配上兩條素春卷或者米紙卷的話,就更完滿了!
