To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 6月13日靚媽陪揾食肥華,見完專科醫生,搭巴士回家,已近中午用饍時間,落車時滂沱大雨,肥華都無心選擇食店,用饍,為求儘量唔被,雨水濕身,就和靚媽衝咗入呢間,平時行過路過都冇望多一眼嘅餐廳用饍,亦随便選擇咗兩份午餐,諗住求其一餐,食飽就算。而此餐最先上枱嘅食物,喺碗意大利菜湯,因香草味太濃,肥華要落重,胡椒粉掩蓋個份香草味,才能接受此湯,至於兩個主食,紐西蘭西冷牛扒定食,及香脆魚柳滑雞蛋蓋飯,味道就超乎,肥華預期水準,兩個餐整體食物都有A級水平,即喺話,肥華和靚媽,日後在住處附近又多咗一間好餐廳,選擇
