又喺度食黃油蟹嘅季節,我地全家總動員出動去食蟹當日餐廳坐滿晒人,我哋一坐低就即刻落單,但係都等左成個鐘先有得食,不過唔緊要啦有好嘢食就咩都冇所謂先來隻黃油蟹,餐廳已經好細心咁將兩隻黃油蟹剪開成四件,見到啲蟹膏流晒出嚟我嘅口水已經流哂出黎脆皮乳豬足足有半隻乳豬每人分到4-5件,而且皮脆肉嫩,豬皮仲熱辣辣西芹炒蚌片西芹好爽脆,鑊氣十足螺頭湯好鮮甜而且用料十足花膠生菜花膠好厚而且味道濃郁古法蒸龍躉龍躉肉成隻手指公咁厚,單純清蒸食到龍躉嘅鮮味最後仲有生煎包應該係即叫即煎,外皮脆,肉汁保持得住
