To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

時間已是八時多，我們一直在皇后大道西走著，發現這間小小的茶餐廳竟然有接近七成客人用餐。那要看一看它的實力吧！例湯是冬瓜湯，可見到有些湯料，不過味道都是和自家煲的有些分別。小菜椒鹽三寶熱度尚可，椒鹽味道都不錯，略為失色的是脆口可以更好。美極蝦鮮味不錯，蝦沒有雪味，調味也惹味。傳統茶餐廳的檸茶，茶味十分香濃。消費合共$124，小菜要加$8 轉餐(包括飯及飲品)，例湯送完即止。總括而言，嘉興餐廳的食物及服務不錯，價錢也是合理水平。可惜店內裝修陳舊及衛生只是一般。
