To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 一人鍋打邊爐而家天氣開始轉涼～突然之間好想打邊爐。自己一個人可以去邊度食呢？我就諗到最受街坊歡迎嘅大家樂。這家大家樂樓面廣闊，有幾十張枱，裝修簡約，地方算乾淨衛生。這次我點了丹麥優質豬肉豚肉鍋，配牛尾湯湯底，另外選了米線和菜盆。打邊爐最緊要湯底。這個湯底牛肉味重做得幾濃，也有些鮮茄和配菜。這個豬肉是丹麥優質豬肉，肥瘦均稱，看上去非常新鮮有光澤。另有我最喜歡的餐前小吃炸魚皮，皮脆新鮮。而生菜非常新鮮嫩綠，平日快餐的生菜可能比較老，這家就非常新鮮。肉丸不算爽口，但加上一些馬蹄肉，口感特別。
