To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 總統戲院旁的 18 Grams，獨佔景隆街的街角位置，是該區人氣咖啡店之一，最近更在旺角家樂坊地庫開設分店。店名沒有以 "Coffee" 或 "Cafe" 作結，因為"18 Grams"，正正就是造出一杯 espresso 的咖啡粉份量。店子不大，只得約 10 個座位，店外小巷再放三數張檯，人滿的話要等等，亦有可能要搭檯。周末三點三，有人在吃 all day breakfast，有人以咖啡送煙絲，也有人以 notebook 上網找資料，各適其式的，過一個悠閒的下午。不餓，沒有試這店自家製的香蕉蛋糕，只和女友各點一杯咖啡，照舊是 Flat White 與 Cappuccino。女友的 Cappuccino，中心有一個花瓣圖案，旁邊再灑了些可可粉作點綴，咖啡挺香的，味道則比較溫和，她喜歡厚厚的奶泡，這一點顯然不符合她的要求；至於我的 Flat White，面頭奶泡打得軟滑，沒有加糖，任由咖啡味輕輕的觸動著味蕾，感覺其實幾討好的。銅鑼灣寸金尺土，有個性的咖啡店愈開愈多，卻又愈開愈細，先有時代廣場對面的 Cafe Corridor，後有這間 18 Grams，同樣用心經營，對咖啡有一份執著，比

 銅鑼灣寸金尺土，有個性的咖啡店愈開愈多，卻又愈開愈細，先有時代廣場對面的 Cafe Corridor，後有這間 18 Grams，同樣用心經營，對咖啡有一份執著，比起連鎖的星記和 P 記，更值得我們去支持！
