To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今天去到長沙灣，見到有好多冰室，所以lunch 搵間試下。疫情期間，入店前望望間店係咪跟足規定，食得安全先。冇問題，入得！睇佢地餐牌，野食好似幾特別，随便叫左個焗豬扒飯試下。落完order,準備自己抹餐具，發覺原來佢地有提供一次性消毒紙巾，真夠心思，令人感到安全放心。等左一陣主角上枱，賣相十分吸引。碟頭亦足。食落味道尚可。疫情期間，味道不是重點，安全衛生才是首選。
