To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

呢日補祝紀念日又來到黃金海岸既聆風咖啡廳食自助餐，, 我問過男朋友點解每次都來呢度, 佢話喜歡呢度環境, 我心諗無心思咋, 我個人就覺得呢度麻麻地, 價錢又唔平, 幾次都係坐樓上, 要行一趟樓梯去攞嘢食, 我覺得好唔方便, 佢就話咁行下有助消化, 可以食多D。記得有次坐室外, 攞嘢食方便好多, 但依家咁既天氣咁熱米搞。坐抵無耐，員工就畀咗兩張酒券卡畀我哋去換酒飲，嘩，我唔識欣賞，好難飲，冷盤蟹腳，大蝦，翡翠螺，青口兩款，我最鍾意蟹腳好鮮，今次最好食，唔會太咸。即燒乳豬，呢個師傅好細心，知大家怕肥，將中間肥膏片起，只有香脆外皮同裡面保留肉汁肉，超抵贊👍鵝肝再加刈包，這配搭感覺怪怪，鵝肝太細件也是一般，可能唔夠熱的原因。甜點沒什麼特色，可食可唔食最後雪糕，我最鍾意movenpick既panna cotta 特別香滑既奶味，另外兩款即時被比下去。
